• Offer for partners are non-cumulative and only valid when applied before any payment.
• Shipment is not include on any option. We have business accounts with DHL, Packlink, Fast Courier, AUPost and Sendle. The "quick quote" form on the footer of the website is super accurate with freight costs. Check Shipping & Return Policies for more information.
• Partners are welcome to use our logo and the graphic material available on our website.
• Ozroofracks brand name can´t be used by the Partner on domain/s, social network profile/s, marketplace/s account/s as can induce to error to the final customer. Any use without express consent is not allowed by the brand.
• We can organize orders direct to customer for AU Local Market (containing no invoice) or your courier can pick up from Warehouse 73 Cadonia Rd, Tuggerawong NSW 2259 Australia once we've notified your package is ready. For International Market, we will always send first the package to the Partner Business so they can arrange the paperwork.
• Package details as per website: weight vary due to number of brackets/set, but box and labelling does not change (60x30x20cm).
• Ozroofracks invoice your business as Partner and you can invoice your customers
• The order leaves the Warehouse after payment clearence, no credit options are available.
• Processing time for 98% of the orders is 24h. 
• All the stock is in Australia.
• All the warranties and conditions on any Partner Order applies as any Customer Order.
